I think this is new because I recall last seeing we are supposed to remove the blade to work on the teeth, I guess this is easier and faster than blade removal in installation?
Wont that put more stress on the blade since it is longer than the other teeth?
@leehorselogger do not get what you mean? It was only a couple chipped teeth. They all contribute to an overall cut pattern. Stress on the tooth has minimal issue. Cuts with one tooth just fine.

Smaller diameter logs, usually have a good amount of taper over their length. How do you account for that while setting the log? It's not like you raised bunk system has roller toe boards for that purpose.
@bwillan the far end has taper adjustment, so you just measure the beam to the center and adjust it to suit
Generally speaking, it's better to adjust to the pith rather than follow the outer edge with smaller logs.
Why would the unit require 240v. The electronic would be 5 or 12v and would not the motor have an alternator to charge the starting battery,. It would be also charge an internal battery in the cabinet so the setworks runs with the motor off simples. Power plug in trees are so hard to find in the bush
@chrismateer251 we have 12v as an option, too. This is if it's set up in a shed.
If and when the electronic fails how is it repaired and if you go in the bush sawing you will need a generator with enough power to supply your electrical needs?
@bendugas8632 Yes, a small camping generator is all that's needed, or the 12v kit. If it fails, you can remove the motor and use it manually.

@apb71 Yes, we can ship world wide, just haven't yo that region recently.
@@TURBOSAWMILL The only swing blade sawmill that we get here in South Africa is the Lucas Mill, and a locally made version called Bestbier sawmills. My synopsis is that the Turbosawmill is an upgrade on both of these. How much extra would shipping cost ?

The swing arm extension is nice. Almost 8 hours of run time without it then put it on. Ran for a day with and it’s much easier and recommend change.

How to buy this type of blade in India
The beauty is that the log does not need turned. This mill can custom cut any dimension within its parameter for each log either individually or en masse. The log is not true, while the machine remains true once it is properly adjusted. The sawyer needs to pay attention to the cut, but for the most part there is no need for continued adjustment. Bandmills cannot keep up with the production of one of these swing blades. The only thing faster is a twin blade or three blade setup. Two or three blades are fine if you want mass production of a given dimension. Some of those systems are adjustable, but the price goes up with the system of adjustment. Manual, versus electronic.
Actually, twin blades are an earlier technology and cannot deal with tension in the log, so you are limited to what is achievable. They must cut as an example 6" x 10" in a single pass, blades splay out when they get hot. They must also return empty before attacking the next cut. It's a wasted run.

Hello Does this only cut 2x4, 2x6, 1x6 type boards Can you get a whole slab with live edge?
You can slab live edge with our slabber attachment, cut up to 24" wide with the 12" swingblade
You can create one any width live edge per log.
It would help if you went back and annotated or subtitled the portions oi the video where you were talking and your voice was completely drowned out by the noise of the saw.
